Raycom was incorporated on 22th Aug 2013. The Company was established with an objective to engage in the business of Fabrication, Erection, Commissioning, Operation and Maintenance related works required for Power Plants. Raycom was formed by taking over of proprietorship concern M/s. Ray Enterprises with Shri Shyamal Kumar Ray as a proprietor, which was in existence since 1976.

The company was converted into Raycom Enterprises (P) Ltd (“REPL” or “The Company”) on, 25Th February 2014.

We are engaged in the niche segment of Fabrication, Erection, Testing, Commissioning and O&M of ESPs, C&I of the Power Plants, both in Private & Public Sector. REPL is amongst very few companies which are tightly focused in the ever-growing Power Sector, for the last two decades.
