He holds a bachelor’s degree in B.Sc (Chemistry) from University of Burdwan, West Bengal, India. He is a first generation entrepreneur, responsible for our Company’s growth and business development since its inception. He has 39 years of experience in the power sector including construction and O&M. He has been instrumental in completing major projects including sub-critical units in scheduled time.
Mr. Amitava Ray
Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer
He holds dual Bachelor’s degree in Electrical engineering from Delhi and B.Sc (Pure) from University of Burdwan. He has more than 22 years of experience in construction engineering and has exposure to erection, commissioning of ESP, Instrumentation, of power projects. He is responsible for our Company’s overall business operations. He has been associated with our Company since its inception. He has been instrumental in the Company receiving ISO certification.
Mr. Suvrojit Ray
Non-executive Director
He is brilliant and energetic. He has been associated with our Company since its inception. He has been responsible for office expansion, human resources and structural modernization of our Company. He has several years of experience in the field of human resources and is involved in social work.
Mr. Pradip Tewari

He is one of the key figures of the company. Numerous projects of Raycom Enterprises Pvt Ltd. have been successfully executed under his management. His project management skills and dedication to timely completion of goals is one of the key attributes behind the company’s success. He has a vast experience of more than a decade in this industry.
